Rates: Rates are quoted on a per night basis and may be subject to change with or without notice. We have a 5 night minimum stay requirement on most stays. Minimum stay requirements may be longer over holidays.
ARRIVAL TIME IS ANYTIME AFTER 3:00 PM DEPARTURE TIME IS ANYTIME BEFORE 11:00 AM. We may be unable to offer early arrivals or late departures unless arranged for well in advance. They may also be subject to ½ day rental rates.
Detailed maid service every third or fourth day is included, up to 4 hours. This may be substituted for light, hotel style daily maid service upon availability. Departure cleaning hours above the usual number of hours required to clean the unit will be charged to the guest. Additional Charges: (not included in the daily rate): Additional $350 departure cleaning charge. Rates do not include daily maid service, extra cleaning, damage or charges made to the unit, security deposit, or Hawaii taxes totaling 11.417%.
The amount due on your reservation includes a SECURITY DEPOSIT that is found on the Guest Charge Line of your confirmation. This money will be held by us to offset any damage to the condo during your stay or for extra cleaning charges due to excessive cleaning required at the time of your departure. Damage includes intentional or unintentional loss, breakage, and excess wear and tear, or staining on carpet and furniture, etc. Please use the same high consideration and care for this Wailea condo rental as you would for your own home. We will refund your security deposit within two weeks of your departure provided there is no extra cleaning, damage, charges incurred for services or activities rendered, and/or for fines incurred due to non-compliance with Wailea Beach Villas AOAO House Rules and rental rules & regulations of Prestige Rentals of Maui, Ltd. Rental is designated for the guests listed on rental contract only. Additional guests will result in forfeiture of your security deposit. Deposit payments signify that guests agree to abide by all policies and procedures.
HAWAII STATE TAXES will be added to all rentals. Total combined taxes are 11.417%. You will find these charges on your confirmation under GET (General Excise Tax = 4.166%) and TAT (Transient Accommodations Tax = 7.25%).
Liability: Guests agree to indemnify and hold harmless Owner(s), owner's rental agent (Prestige Rentals of Maui, Ltd.) and its' employees from any and all claims, liabilities, and damages arising out of or related to guests' use of the Property by guest, guests' family, invitees, employees, or any other persons using the property with or without guests' consent during the rental period. Owner and rental agent shall not be liable for any loss of or damage to guests' possessions at the Property during the rental period. Prestige Rentals of Maui, Ltd. and its employees will not be liable for loss, damage, injury, irregularity or delay.
$1500 cash security deposit and back up credit card guarantee due with final payment. Initial payment is 50% of total charges, due when reservation is made. Final payment is due 60 days in advance of arrival date, except for holiday periods when final payment is due 90 days in advance. Initial payment will be refunded for cancellations made at least 60 days in advance of arrival date, except for holiday stays, when cancellations must be made 90 days in advance. A cancellation fee will be applied. Trip insurance is advised. Payments received will be forfeited if cancellation occurs less than 60 days (90 days for holiday periods) prior to arrival unless the Penthouse can be re rented at the same rate for the same time period.
