Rates: Rates are quoted
on a per night basis. We have a 5 night minimum stay
requirement on most units. Minimum stay requirements may
be longer over holidays.
- ARRIVAL TIME IS ANYTIME AFTER 3:00 PM
- DEPARTURE TIME IS ANYTIME BEFORE 11:00 AM
We may be unable to offer early arrivals or late
departures unless arranged for well in advance. They may
also be subject to ½ day rental rates.
Additional Charges: (not
included in the daily rate)
Rates do not include daily maid service, long
distance telephone charges, extra cleaning or damage to
the unit, security deposit, or taxes.
- Periodic MAID SERVICE is available and
may be requested at an additional charge.
- LONG DISTANCE PHONE CALLS should be made
with your calling card or on a collect-call basis. A
$20.00 service fee will be charged in addition to
the long distance bill if there are charges to the
condo's telephone bill.
- EXTRA CLEANING CHARGES occur when a guest
leaves a large amount of laundry (more than 3
loads), sand or litter in condo, excessive garbage
or a messy kitchen. For your convenience and
comfort, each condo has a dishwasher, washer and
dryer, and other items needed to keep you
comfortable during your stay. We also provide a
starter kit of bath soap, laundry soap, dish soap
and toilet tissue. Additional supplies of these
items are the responsibility of each guest. Please
use the facilities provided in your condo to insure
no extra charges will be assessed.
- The amount due on your reservation includes a
SECURITY DEPOSIT that is found on the Guest
Charge Line of your confirmation. This money will be
held by us to offset any damage to the condo during
your stay or for extra cleaning charges. Damage
includes loss, breakage, and excess wear and tear on
carpet and furniture, etc. We will refund your
security deposit within two weeks of your departure
provided there is no extra cleaning or damage.
- HAWAII STATE TAXES will be added to all
rentals. Total combined taxes are 11.416%. You will
find these charges on your confirmation under GET
(General Excise Tax = 4.166%) and TAT (Transient
Accommodations Tax = 7.25%).
Liability:
Guests agree to indemnify and hold harmless Owner(s),
Prestige Rentals of Maui, Ltd. and its' employees
from any and all claims, liabilities, and damages
arising out of or related to guests' use of the Property
by guest, guests' family, invitees, employees, or any
other persons using the property with guests' consent
during the rental period. Owner shall not be liable for
any loss of or damage to guests' possessions at the
Property during the rental period.
Reservation and Payment Schedule:
Request must be made by guest via fax, email or phone
and acknowledged by Prestige Rentals of Maui. At this
time, we will send out your initial paperwork. Rental
contract and an initial 3 night deposit is required by
check in US funds within 2 weeks to confirm your
reservation. The final balance is due at least 30 days
prior to your arrival. All payments should be made
payable to Prestige Rentals of Maui, Ltd. Failure to
make a payment in a timely matter will make reservation
subject to cancellation.
Cancellation Policy:
- $125 cancel fee after deposit has been received.
- Less than 60 days prior to arrival--Deposits
will be forfeited unless re-rented.
- Less than 30 days prior to arrival-Full amount
will be forfeited unless re-rented.
Christmas Policy:
- All deposits are non refundable.
- Final payment is due by October 1st.
