RATE:   $800-$1300 per night plus Hawaii state taxes and $1500 refundable security deposit. Note: Rates are negotiable depending on number of occupants, length of stay and current economic conditions! Christmas & New Years Rentals - $1800 per night with a 10 day minimum. General Policies & Procedures:

5 night minimum preferred. 7 night minimum during holiday weeks and 12 night
minimum over Christmas & New Year holidays.

50% deposit is required upon initial booking. Final payments are due within
60 days of your arrival. Christmas & New Year's reservations require final
payment due 90 days prior to your arrival. All reservations are
non-refundable though refunds will be considered if we can re-rent the same
dates at the same rental rate. $1500 cancellation fee may apply. Trip
insurance is advised. Rates are subject to change without notice and do not
include Hawaii State Taxes of 11.417%, $1500 refundable cash security
deposit and backup credit card guarantee. Stays of 7 nights or more include
3 hours of mid-stay cleaning, which may be substituted for daily hotel style
maid services upon request, based upon availability. Upon booking, please
designate whether the 2nd master bedroom suite should be made up as a king
bed or 2 twin beds. Guests must contact Prestige Rentals of Maui, Ltd. upon
or before due date of final payment to designate flight arrival time. Guests
must call Prestige Rentals of Maui, Ltd. (at the number provided) upon
arrival to the airport with your arrival time to Wailea Beach Villas so our
meet and greet service can meet you on property and show you to the villa.

Security deposit is held in lieu of damage or loss (whether intentional or
unintentional), excessive cleaning required upon your departure, charges
incurred upon property for services or activities rendered, and/or for fines
incurred due to non-compliance with Wailea Beach Villas AOAO House Rules and
rental rules & regulations of Prestige Rentals of Maui, Ltd.. Rental is
designated for the guests listed on rental contract only. Additional guests
will result in forfeiture of your security deposit.

Deposit payments signify that guests agree to abide by all policies and
procedures. Security deposits will be refunded within 14 days of your
departure provided there are no extra charges at the time of your departure.
Prestige Rentals of Maui, Ltd. and its employees will not be held
responsible for damage, injury, irregularity or delay.
